At Global Horse Holidays, we create unique equestrian travel experiences by connecting riders with exceptional locations, trainers, and horses \u2014 primarily in Portugal. Please note that Global Horse Holidays, operated by EHS Communications, is not a travel agency or tour operator. We act solely as an intermediary and organizer of group travel experiences.<\/p>\n

Participation at Your Own Risk<\/h4>\n

Horse riding and all related activities involve inherent risks. By joining one of our trips, you acknowledge and accept that:<\/p>\n

  • Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk<\/li>\n
  • You are fully responsible for your own safety and decisions during the trip<\/li>\n
  • You voluntarily take part in all riding and non-riding activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Global Horse Holidays \/ EHS Communications cannot be held liable for:<\/p>\n

    • Accidents or injuries<\/li>\n
    • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings<\/li>\n
    • Delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans<\/li>\n
    • Any incidents occurring during activities, transport, or accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Not a Travel Agency<\/h4>\n

      Global Horse Holidays:<\/p>\n

      • Is not a licensed travel agency or tour operator<\/li>\n
      • Does not provide package travel services under travel law<\/li>\n
      • Facilitates bookings and experiences with third-party providers (stables, trainers, accommodations, transport)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        All services are delivered by independent local partners, who are fully responsible for their own operations.<\/p>\n

        Personal Responsibility & Insurance (Mandatory)<\/h4>\n

        All participants are required to:<\/p>\n

        • Have valid travel insurance covering international travel<\/li>\n
        • Have health insurance that covers medical treatment abroad<\/li>\n
        • Have accident\/liability insurance that explicitly covers horse riding activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          You are fully responsible for ensuring your insurance coverage is adequate.<\/p>\n

          • Does not provide insurance<\/li>\n
          • Does not verify your coverage<\/li>\n
          • Cannot be held responsible for any costs resulting from lack of insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Health & Riding Experience<\/h4>\n

            By booking a trip, you confirm that:<\/p>\n

            • You are physically and mentally fit to participate in horse riding activities<\/li>\n
            • You provide accurate and honest information about your riding level and experience<\/li>\n
            • You understand that horses are unpredictable animals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              All decisions regarding:<\/p>\n

              • Horse allocation<\/li>\n
              • Training level<\/li>\n
              • Safety considerations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Are made solely by the trainers and staff on location.<\/p>\n

                Acceptance of Terms<\/h4>\n
